Course Learning Outcome
- Gain a clear understanding of the rules of Scrum through the empirical foundation of Scrum.
- Act as a Scrum Master for Scrum Teams as well as stakeholders from an in-depth understanding of servant-leadership.
- Effectively be able to start up Scrum or increase its effectiveness if already underway.
- The 2-day Scrum Master Exam Preparation Course covers the principles and empirical process theory underpinning the Scrum method, and the role of the Scrum Master in it. This course is a combination of instruction and team-based exercises, and teaches what is at the heart of the Scrum and Agile movement.
Pre-requisites
- Participants are recommended to have a Diploma.
The candidates are required to have the knowledge and skills:
- Overview of Professional SCRUM Competencies and Key Focus Areas
- Understanding and Applying the Scrum Framework
- Developing People and Teams
Entry requirements for participants will be screened by interview. Those who do not meet the minimum requirements they will be advised accordingly on courses they should embark in before attending.

Skillsfuture Singapore (SSG) - WSQ Certifiable Funding
Criteria:
- Applicant must either be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident of Singapore and;
- Applicant must be at least 21 years old and;
- Applicant must achieve at least 75% attendance, and pass all examinations/assessments and;
- Applicant is taking the course for the first time

Singapore Citizens aged 25 years and above will be able to utilize their Skillsfuture Credits to offset against nett fee payable
