Pre-requisites
Participants are recommended to have a Diploma.
Should have Basic computer skills include knowing how to type, copy and paste texts into files, and ability to connect to a website via a web browser. Zero work experience from any industry.

Criteria:
- Applicant must either be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident of Singapore and;
- Applicant must be at least 21 years old and;
- Applicant must achieve at least 75% attendance, and pass all examinations/assessments and;
- Applicant is taking the course for the first time
