LO2: Identify relevant stakeholders, structured and unstructured information sources to gather business requirements
LO3: Establish the needs of stakeholders within business process context using information gathering and critical questioning techniques
LO4: Identify and record business requirements
LO5: Collect implementation outcomes data for business benefits evaluation
LO6: Develop preliminary mapping of business requirements to existing processes using process mapping methodologies
LO7: Manage stakeholders to align business requirements

Criteria:
- Applicant must either be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident of Singapore and;
- Applicant must be at least 21 years old and;
- Applicant must achieve at least 75% attendance, and pass all examinations/assessments and;
- Applicant is taking the course for the first time
